Young Parents Together is a peer support approach to mental health prevention within community settings. It is for young mums and dads up to the age of 25 years and their children. The group offers a weekly themed drop-in session providing a range of relevant & engaging discussions around different topics, activities and guest speakers (Health Visitor, Ways to work etc.). Activities for parents and children.
The Young Parents Together Group is accessed via referral.
Families can access the Young Parents Group by completing an Early Help Self-Referral Form.
Partner Agencies who have identified the need for the family’s attendance can also refer via an Early Help Targeted Group Booking Form.
