Change Grow Live - The Place

Our refreshed service (formerly known as Jigsaw) provides support for young people, young adults (up to the age of 25) and children and families in Nottingham City.

The service has been redesigned and extended to include much needed support services for young people under 18 years of age who are using or at risk of using drugs and/or alcohol.

We have a range of options that will be centred around the young person.

We offer a confidential space for under 18’s to talk, listen and offer support with any worries they might have around their drinking or alcohol use.

It may be that you’ve used something for the first time and are worried about the effects, or you’ve been using drugs or alcohol for a while and want to cut down or stop. Whichever it is, we’re here to help and can offer a range of options which will be centred around you.
We will listen to you without judgment.

Our team can support you with:

  • Structured support with achievable goals centred around you.
  • Information and advice on specific drugs and alcohol and how to keep safe and reduce the harmful effects.
  • Support to make changes and improve your wellbeing and build your resilience.
  • Signposting and referrals to partner services, such as mental health or financial services.
