Young Parents Together is a peer support approach to mental health prevention within community settings. It is for young mums and dads up to the age of 25 years and their children. The group offers a weekly themed drop-in session providing a range of relevant & engaging discussions around different topics, activities and guest speakers (Health Visitor, Ways to work etc.). Stay and play sessions offer a wonderful opportunity for children aged 0-5 to explore, learn, and socialise in a fun, safe environment. These sessions are designed to support early development through a variety of activities, including sensory play, arts and crafts, singing and story time. It is a great way for children to develop essential skills while making new friends, and for parents to connect with others in the community.
