This is a peer support session where you can meet with other parents and carers to gain sign posting advice and support. For Nottingham City parents/carers of children/young people up to the age of 25 with autism and/or a learning disability.

Young Parents Together is a peer support approach to mental health prevention within community settings. It is for young mums and dads up to the age of 25 years and their children. The group offers a weekly themed drop-in session providing a range of relevant & engaging discussions around different topics, activities and guest speakers.
Breastfeeding Support Group Tuesday 10.30am till 11.30am Broxtowe
Having someone to provide a listening ear and some practical tips to help you along your breastfeeding journey can be really helpful. Breastfeed Together groups are free sessions where you can chat to infant feeding practitioners and volunteer peer supporters in a relaxed, informal, community setting.
