Get in touch today! We offer friendly and supportive groups to explore and learn about domestic abuse, explore healthy relationships and find out about healthy Vs unhealthy conflict.

We still have places available for the groups we run in the community. These include 'Own my life' and the freedom programme as well as a new employability programme we are piloting and peer support sessions.
