Learning

The group is for parents with babies age from 7 months to one year. Now that you have started weaning and introducing first foods, this group is to support you with balancing milk intake, moving on with different textures of foods, learning about a healthy diet for your little one and moving from mainly having milk to having three meals per day by 1 year old. It is an interactive PowerPoint presentation which will take around 1 hour and you are welcome to bring your child. It is a very relaxed atmosphere in a local health centre and there is plenty of time throughout to ask questions that concern you about progressing with weaning your little one.
