Introducing Thriving Nottingham, a new health and wellbeing service that’s free for local residents thanks to funding from Nottingham City Council.

Their children & family programme is helping young people (5-17yrs) to lose weight and set healthy habits that will last, enjoying activities like trampolining and football. While they’re having fun, you’ll get support from a health coach with advice and tips for the whole family on topics like picky eating, healthy snacks, portion sizes, smart shopping, eating out and more.

You can also start moving more together with help alongside the group sessions. Your whole family gets free unlimited access to an online gym with sessions to suit everybody that you can do whenever you like, from the comfort of your own home.

Thriving Nottingham also offer pregnancy and postnatal support from a specialist health coaching team, helping women to maintain a healthy weight or stop smoking. They tailor the service to an individual’s needs helping you to get just the help you need to make healthy changes during pregnancy and beyond. Feel empowered as you learn how to change your habits and break down any barriers to a healthier future.
