Parent/Carer Drop in Session 2025 at the Meadows Family Hub Monday 10am - 12pm Meadows
This is a drop in session held by The Autism and Learning Disability Key working service, where you can meet with other parents and carers to gain sign posting advice and support. For Nottingham City parents/carers of children/young people up to the age of 25 with autism and/or a learning disability.

Weekly drop in sessions offering help with making sure you are on the right benefits, helping you move closer to work, training, and childcare advice.
Midwife Clinic Monday 9.00am to 5.00pm Meadows
A Midwife Clinic is an Out-Patient Clinic. A Midwife Clinic is an administrative arrangement enabling PATIENTS to see or be in contact with a MIDWIFE for assessment, treatment, advice and/or counselling.
Tuesday
Pop in and Play Tuesday 9.30am - 10.30am Meadows
Opportunity for Parents and Carers to drop in with their child and enjoy exploring the resources in our activity rooms. These sessions run for 1 hour each week. Age 0-5
Young Women’s Group (Meadows) Tuesday 4pm - 6pm Meadows
This is a six-week programme for young women aged 13 to 17 aiming towards keeping young women out of trouble, away from offending and out of the Criminal Justice System. This project has been developed by female staff from the youth team and targeted youth workers from the Youth Justice Service and is delivered in a safe space encouraging young women to engage in activities and discussions to develop a healthier and safer lifestyle!

PEEP Get Ready for Nursery Wednesday 1.00pm-2.30pm Meadows
The Peep Learning Together Programme is an evidence-based programme which provides information on child development and supports parents in enhancing the home learning environment and supporting child’s development. Peep can support parents in making a real difference just by talking, playing, singing and sharing books or activities together.
Mood & Food Café (Meadows) Wednesday 4pm-6pm Meadows
The Mood & Food Café is a drop-in space for young people aged 12-17 to share and discuss wellbeing experiences. Running alongside the café, we have a 7 week programme supported by Mental Health Support Teams aimed at young people to learn skills on how to deal with emotions and a chance to connect with others!
Breastfeeding Support Group Wednesday 9.00am to 12.00pm Meadows
Having someone to provide a listening ear and some practical tips to help you along your breastfeeding journey can be really helpful. Breastfeed Together groups are free sessions where you can chat to infant feeding practitioners and volunteer peer supporters in a relaxed, informal, community setting.

Speech, Language & Communication Early Years Parents & Carers Drop-In - MEADOWS Thursday 9:30 - 11:30 Meadows
Is your child under 4 years old? Do you want to talk to someone about your child’s talking and communication? If so, why not come along to one of our early years drop-in sessions!
Mental Health Stay and Play Thursday 1.00pm to 2.30pm Meadows
Mental Health Stay and Play is a support approach to mental health prevention within a community setting.
ESOL Thursday 12.00pm to 3.00pm Meadows
English language learning that defines the skills, knowledge and understanding that speakers of other languages need in order to demonstrate achievement of the national standards in English, providing a reference tool for teachers of ESOL.

Triple P Stepping Stones Friday 9.00am to 11.30am Meadows
Positive Parenting Programme, more commonly known as Triple P, is a behaviour support programme and is available to all parents living in Nottingham City who have children aged 0-19. Early Help offer 4 levels of Triple P support: Tip Sheets, Discussion Groups, 8 Week Group Programme, Stepping Stones
