Young Parents Together is a peer support approach to mental health prevention within community settings. It is for young mums and dads up to the age of 25 years and their children. The group offers a weekly themed drop-in session providing a range of relevant & engaging discussions around different topics, activities and guest speakers.
Weaning Group Tuesday 1PM-2.30PM Broxtowe
The session will cover signs of when your baby is ready for solid foods, what foods to give and what to avoid, healthy meal ideas and much more, as well as a chance to ask us any questions.

Breastfeed Together groups are free sessions where you can chat to infant feeding practitioners and volunteer peer supporters in a relaxed, informal, community setting.
