This range of programmes is designed to: improve self-awareness and self-development; enable participants to maintain their health and wellbeing; improve capabilities to positively manage relationships; teamwork skills and social wellbeing; develop self-belief, self-regard and confidence; maintain a positive mental attitude; raise aspiration and improve motivation; improve participants’ capacity to learn; enable participants to understand the power of setting goals, and take steps to achieve them; develop core employability skills; improve communication and presentation skills; enable participants to develop their toolkit of capabilities to be more self-determined.
